As a cookery writer and demonstrator my cooking is all about hassle free cooking in the kitchen and being a calm cook. My recipes are perfect for family and friends and my demonstration style is friendly and relaxed – cooking is my passion but I don’t want to spend all day in the kitchen! I love to share hints and tips in my demonstrations and recipes I give as much information as I can to make your life easier.

I have written five books - Secrets from a Country Kitchen, Aga easy, Secrets of Aga Cakes, Tips for Better Baking, and my latest book, Secrets of Aga Puddings (published 01 October 2009, hardcover, priced at £16.99).
