As a cookery writer and demonstrator my cooking is all about hassle free cooking in the kitchen and being a calm cook. My recipes are perfect for family and friends and my demonstration style is friendly and relaxed – cooking is my passion but I don’t want to spend all day in the kitchen! I love to share hints and tips in my demonstrations and recipes I give as much information as I can to make your life easier.

I have written four books - Secrets from a Country Kitchen, Aga easy, Secrets of Aga Cakes and my latest book, Tips for Better Baking (published 16 April 2009, paperback, priced at £6.99). Tips for Better Baking is available now - all the tips you need to know about ingredients, equipment, baking tips and hints, Q&A chapter plus 25 foolproof recipes.
